The Psychiatrist who gave me Abilify told me “Don’t think about the past and turn off the TV at 10:00.”

I was never able to do that but my life was nevertheless saved.

I’m just saying what it is like to have mental illness (Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorders) and be not treated or medicated properly.
